Who are you?

I - I hardly know, sir, just at present - at least I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.

I'm Lindsey. I'm 28. I'm an artist, sister, daughter, aunt, bestie and divorcee. I'm a lover of adventure, fashion, photography, food, wine, nightlife, travel, the arts, new experiences and... I'll admit it, boys. I currently reside, well, no where, really. Seattle was my home for about 26 years, California has been my home for the last couple and I'm about to move cross country with my girlfriend, who we'll call 'Frenchie' to the great New York City.

'They' say less is more. Whoever 'they' are will always be a mystery but I quite like their thinking right now because I'm a lot less in areas of life right now. I'm homeless, jobless, carless and relationshipless. (Yes, those are all words... in the Lindsey dictionary. Look them up. I have a copy here somewhere...) All that I own is in 10 plastic totes in Frenchie's garage and she's currently opened her home to me until we leave for NYC. The car has a new owner (oh, lil' Mini, you will be missed. *sniff*). The job? Let's just say the economy is still a rough one out there. Oh, and the relationship, you ask? ... I did mention I've lived in California the last two years? Enough said.

What I do possess right now is a calm of having hardly any bills or responsibilities and freedom with not having many tangible possessions or a home to tie me anywhere. I get to start a fresh chapter in life in a new exciting city with new friends, new experiences, new modes of transportation, new work and new adventures. Excitement doesn't begin to explain what I'm feeling and I hope that you enjoy following along this new crazy ride.
